我国高新技术企业人力资源的SWOT分析及对策

中国进入全球市场,竞争日趋激烈。国内、外高新技术企业之间的人才竞争也渐趋炽烈。本文首先从高新技术企业的基本理论入手。其次,文章对我国高新技术企业人力资源的特点和作用进行介绍,分析人力资源在企业中的重要性。然后,针对高新技术企业所面临的人力资源状况进行SWOT分析,将高新技术企业在国际上所面临的内部具有的优势和劣势,与外部机会和威胁进行对比。最后,努力探求解决高新技术企业在人力资源引进、培训、激励、风险管理、绩效管理等方面的办法人力资源swot分析,提出对策,以应对激烈的人才竞争人力资源swot分析,促使我国高新技术企业在国际舞台上占据一席之地。

SWOT Analysis and Countermeasure on the High-tech Enterprise's Human Resources of China
Abstract: There exists fierce competition on the international,as China enters the international market . The high-tech enterprise's competition for talent also hastens gradually and blazingly between countries. Firstly,this article embarks from the high-tech enterprise's and human resources’s theory. Next,it introduces the feature and the function of the high-tech enterprise human resources in our country. Then,it analyses the human resources condition about the high-tech enterprise on the SWOT analysis. And that elaborates the superiority、inferiority、opportunity and the threat which the high-tech enterprise’s human resources will face on the international. Finally, the article propounds some solutions about the human resources introduction, training, motivation, risk management, achievements management and so on, in order to meet the intense competition for talent and urge the high-tech enterprise to occupy a central place in the international stage.
